According to data from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) in India, in 2022, 16,715 people died in road accidents due to not wearing seat belt. MANY OF PEOPLE USE FOUR WHEELER TO TRAVEL LARGER DISTANCE BY ROAD, MANY OF TIME WHEN ACCICEDENT OCCURS DRIVER AND PASSENGER LOST THEIR LIFE JUST BECAUSE OF NOT USING SEAT BELT, NOWDAYS FOUR WHEELER COMPANY PROVIDE AN ALARM SYSTEM WHICH MAY EASILY MANUPLATE BY USING FAKE SEAT BELT LOCK LIKE SHOWN BELOW IN FIG 1.

Objective: The main objective of my project is to provide a best approach to show or activate alarm which cannot be manipulate or malfunctioned. Also, many time, we use seat belt just to prevent the fine by the traffic police. But using this approach we real time monitor the seal belt wearing time using video reorganization which may be easily connected to the TRAFFIC CONTROL server which is not a big task. This approach is better than the approach what we are generally used in on the road to detect the seat belt is wear by driver or not using the CCTV camera footage, many of time driver Know about the location of the CCTV camera and he or she just wear the seat belt before the camera. And if any accident occurs, it makes serious injury or death if he or she not wearing the seat belt.
The proposed method:
The proposed system for detection of the driver and the seat belt.
It is the compose of two steps. The first step is to detect is person available on the driver seat or not. Second step is to check seat belt is worn or not.

THE REAL TIME DATA RESULT STORE ON THE LOCAL DATABASE OF THE CAR, WHICH CAN STORE TIME PERIOD OF NON-SEAT BELT DRIVING, DRIVING WITH SEAT BELT, TOTAL RUN TIME OF THE CAR.
EDGE CASES: NIGHT (CAN OVERCOME THIS CASE BY USING HIFH QUALUITY OF CAMERA).
